Training Shed is here to enhance individual health & wellness and provide everyone with a better quality of life. We believe the more you know about your body, the more control you have over your lifestyle choices.

Since 2012 we’ve helped thousands of people reach their goals quicker with efficient training methods built into progressive training plans developed by our team of coaches.

Coach-led training that starts with you. Every one of our memberships or plans are custom fit around you, your goals and your current health and fitness ability.

We are helping everyone from athletes, wanting to improve in their field, to regular people, wanting to live a happier, healthier life.

Training Shed is all about shared knowledge. The more you know about your body, the more control you have over your lifestyle choices.

We want you to live your life with those you love, not spend it with us (unless you love us too). Therefore, it’s our job to educate you about your body and how it effects your wellbeing. Health & wellness are our two guiding lights. With our support, they’ll be yours too.
