All of our programmes start on a Monday (we like to keep things simple!) and are delivered directly to your training app every 4 weeks keeping your training fun, fresh and progressive.
Every 6 weeks you will be set a test by your coach so that you (and we!) can track your progress to make sure you are consistently hitting your goals.
