How it works…
You get a Coach Consultation on day 1, day 33 and day 66 of your membership.
In these sessions we will take you through your Wellbeing Score™, assess your current health, nutrition and movement habits and work with you to create a tailored journey to improve your wellbeing.
And we will get you started on a goal based training programme to help you achieve your personal goals.
Your SHED coach will be there to help and motivate too!
